Opening Times and Payment
We are open all year, though closed to customers on Christmas Day and New Years' Day. We close for a short period covering the end of January and early February most years - if you are planning a stay around that time, please contact us for details.
Our opening hours are 09:00 – 17:30, but do contact us if these are not convenient. No appointments for inspections or visits are required during these hours, but we do ask that visits be between 10:00 and 15:00 to avoid our busiest times – so that we can spend more time answering your questions.
Our busiest times are during school breaks so please book as soon as you know your holidays. We do not normally require a deposit, but we reserve the right to do so at busy times. There are no cancellation fees but if you do need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible as we do keep waiting lists.
Charges and Payment
Charges are per day, including day of arrival and departure. Pets picked up before 10:00 on the day of departure are not charged for that day.
Payment must be made in full before you pick up your pets. We can accept payment by cash or cheque; we are not able to accept credit or debit cards.
For those pets without insurance, we have a £1 per week per dog/cat premium which provides limited cover for vets fees incurred as a result of illness or injury during boarding (excluding the treatment of any existing problems).
